Attracting great (security and IT) talent is difficult. This statement has always been true, but doubly so in our sector. Talent scarcity is also one of the main principles on which AOTT is being built.

AOTT was founded in 2020 by Bouke Stijns.
In 2021, Jelle Dauwe joined AOTT. Jelle recently became part of the management structure of AOTT.
